They talk about the inspiration for the series growing out of the team’s last strategic planning retreat. At that retreat and in this episode the co-hosts talk about why it is important for the podcast to be authentically Christian AND a welcoming space for all. They introduce the series with their personal stories of how their Christian faith has shaped them and influenced their anti-racism journey.
